Novellecho Experience is a travel and experience design service that helps individuals, couples, families, and community leaders create meaningful experiences abroad. We work with trusted local partners to coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and on-ground support so you can focus on enjoying the journey.
Novellecho Experience specializes in designing and coordinating curated travel experiences. We work alongside trusted destination partners and local experts who assist with the operational aspects of each program. But we are also registered as a travel agent in NYS, allowing us to deliver travel packages while maintaining NYS compliance
Bali, Indonesia is currently the first destination available through Novellecho Experience. Additional destinations will be introduced as our network of trusted partners continues to grow.
We currently offer three experience categories:
• Retreat Partners Program - for instructors, coaches, educators, and community leaders interested in hosting retreats or workshops abroad.
• Personalized Program - for individuals, couples, families, and small groups seeking a seamless travel experience.
• Couples Experience Program - designed for engagements, honeymoons, anniversaries, and romantic getaways, with optional photography experiences.
No. Some experiences are designed for groups, while others are fully customized for individuals, couples, and families.
Yes. Through our Retreat Partners Program, we work with instructors, coaches, and community leaders to help design and coordinate retreat experiences for their communities.
Every experience is different, but programs may include accommodations, airport transfers, transportation, activities, local coordination, and destination-specific support. Details vary depending on the program selected.
International airfare is generally not included unless otherwise specified. We can provide guidance and recommendations to help with your travel planning.
Generally, Yes! We typically require that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip interruption, and emergency assistance before traveling internationally.
Absolutely. Many of our programs can be tailored to fit your interests, travel style, schedule, and goals.
No. Photography is optional and only included in selected programs or when specifically requested.
We recommend contacting us at least 3–6 months before your desired travel date to ensure the best availability and planning experience.

Because every experience is customized, pricing can vary significantly. As a general starting point, a 7-day Bali program may begin around $1,000–$1,200 per person before flights, with costs increasing based on accommodations, activities, season, and travel style. We offer options ranging from budget-conscious adventures to premium retreat experiences.
Because each Novellecho Experience program involves advance planning and reservations with third-party partners, the following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated in writing.
Participant Cancellations
More than 90 days before departure
Participants may cancel and receive a refund of all payments made, less any non-refundable deposits and any costs already committed to third-party vendors.
60–89 days before departure
Participants may receive a partial refund of recoverable costs. Non-refundable deposits and any vendor-imposed cancellation fees will be deducted.
30–59 days before departure
Refund eligibility will depend on the ability to recover payments from hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, and other partners. Partial refunds may be available.
Less than 30 days before departure
No refunds will generally be available due to commitments made with accommodations, transportation providers, guides, and other vendors.

Retreat Host Cancellations
If a retreat host chooses to cancel a retreat, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds will be provided based on recoverable funds and any contractual obligations already incurred with third-party vendors.

Program Modifications
Novellecho reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to accommodations, activities, schedules, transportation arrangements, or vendors when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, and personal belongings.
Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for circumstances that fall outside Novellecho's refund policy.

Force Majeure
Novellecho shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, travel restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.
Refunds, if any, will be subject to amounts recoverable from third-party vendors.

No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to appear for a program, activity, transfer, or accommodation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

This approach applies across individual portraits, branding, modeling portfolios, lifestyle, and family sessions.Absolutely. Most clients are not professional models.

The goal isn’t just to take a good photo — it’s to convey a story.An editorial-style session is planned with intention: the mood, setting, light, and direction are considered ahead of time to support a specific feeling or narrative. Rather than moving quickly through a list of poses, the session focuses on creating images that feel cohesive, expressive, and purposeful.
You’re guided throughout the process, so no modeling experience is required. The result is a set of images that feel polished, natural, and story-driven — similar to what you’d see in an editorial spread, not a typical photo package.

After booking, you’ll receive simple styling guidance to help you choose outfits that photograph well and feel authentic to you.
The goal is timeless, not trendy.Most sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the package selected.
This allows enough time for direction, movement, and variety without feeling rushed.Each package includes a set number of professionally edited images, delivered via a private online gallery.
Additional images are available for purchase if you’d like more.Final images are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after your session.
Rush delivery may be available upon request.Yes. All delivered images are professionally retouched with a natural finish — focusing on tone, color, and refinement while preserving authenticity.
Yes. All sessions include personal usage rights, allowing you to share your images on social media, websites, and personal platforms.
Commercial usage for brands is included in branding sessions.Novellecho offers select, small-scale events by inquiry only.
The focus is on intimate, visually-driven gatherings rather than large-scale or high-volume events.Yes. Novellecho offers limited destination sessions throughout the year, including Bali.
